You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the in-app feedback channel if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Research service, not financial advice

Myntera provides educational stock research, model-generated directional reads, backtests, market data, and related tools. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Myntera is not a broker, fiduciary, or investment adviser. No signal, score, backtest, article summary, or displayed trade is a recommendation or guarantee.

Markets can move quickly and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for checking information, deciding whether a trade fits your circumstances, and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

3. Data, models, and simulated results

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or supplied by third parties. Model outputs and AI-generated summaries can be inaccurate. Backtests and paper-trading results are hypothetical, may include assumptions, and do not predict future performance. Fees, spreads, slippage, taxes, liquidity, and execution timing may cause real results to differ materially.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Myntera only lawfully and for your own research. You must not:

• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data without permission;
• interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or probe other users' data;
• use Myntera to manipulate markets, mislead others, or violate financial or securities laws.

5. Availability and changes

Myntera may change, suspend, or discontinue features, data providers, models, or the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a material breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Myntera and its original software, design, branding, and research presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party market data, news, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myntera is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Myntera is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions based on the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these Terms
